ACCREDITATION
San Juan Diego Catholic High School was fully accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED) in December 2009. The Texas Catholic Conference Education Department is assisted by the Texas Catholic Conference Accreditation Commission and is part of the state-approved Texas Private School Accreditation Commission.
In 2013, schools accredited through TCCED were granted dual accreditation through Advanced Ed, Southern Association of Schools and Colleges.
MEMBERSHIPS
San Juan Diego Catholic High School is a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools, the National Catholic Education Association, the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling, and the College Board.
San Juan Diego Catholic High School is sponsored by the Congregation of Holy Cross.
The Congregation of Holy Cross was founded in 1837 by Blessed Father Basil Moreau, who was a priest of the Diocese of Le Mans, France. It was founded in a town named "Holy Cross" hence the name "Congregation of Holy Cross". The mission of the Congregation was to assist in Church ministries wherever needed as parish priests, preachers of missions, educators, writers, and foreign missionaries.
